Before you ask
The Questions I Actually Get
Answered the way I'd answer them standing at your counter.
Because I'm not guessing at any of it. I own two washes and everything I would build for you already runs at both of them. Tunnel Vision itself is young, which means you get more of my attention than you will later and a price that reflects it. If you want to see the system working before you sign anything, come stand in my tunnel on a Saturday.
You can. Plenty of it isn't complicated. The question is whether it'll actually get done in a week where the tunnel goes down and somebody quits. I did this at my own washes and it still took me months of nights. If you've got the time and you like the work, do it yourself and keep the $1,495.
Then I'll tell you before you have to ask. The monthly report is six numbers and if they don't move, that's obvious on the page. After the 90 days you can leave on the flexible plan with 30 days' notice. I'd rather lose a client than have one paying me out of politeness.
The build itself is fast, two weeks start to finish. What isn't fast is proof: the automations need real months of real traffic before the numbers mean anything. A 30-day trial would just be me taking your money for the build.
Yes. It's your domain, your content, your customer list. If we part ways I'll hand over what's yours rather than hold it hostage. The CRM account is a subscription, so that part stops if you stop paying for it, but the site and the data are yours.
About an hour for kickoff, and then roughly thirty minutes a month for the report. I'll need access to your Google profile, your POS reporting, and about ten minutes with whoever runs your front counter. That's it. If I'm asking for more of your week than that, I'm doing it wrong.
Whatever you decide, and it's billed at cost with no markup. Same with SMS. You'll see the actual invoice. Most single-site washes start somewhere between $300 and $800 a month, but you can run at zero and just use the automations if you want to.
See the Number Before You Spend One
Thirty minutes on your numbers before you spend any. If the gap at your wash doesn't cover the fee several times over, I'll say so on the call.
